Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your AOHi device in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
